Together with our FoodPartner HERZA, we have been offering organic products since 2003. HERZA is the only manufacturer to offer the whole range of chocolate pieces including coatings in organic and Fair Trade quality. These products are made according to the same tried-and-true formulations as our conventional products. Shapes and sizes are identical as well. The only difference lies in the choice of raw materials, which are documented organically grown.
